Al Anba Newspaper Visit (Monday 26 Sep 2022)

Dr. Abdulhamid bin Mohammed Al-Sulaiman, the Secretary-General and Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Shaya, the Advisor for Digital and Technical Content Management, visited the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Anba and were received by Mr. Yousef Khalid Yousef Al-Marzouq, the editor-in-chief of the newspaper, to discuss the bilateral relations between the center and the newspaper and ways to strengthen and develop them.

Visiting the Kuwaiti Newspaper Al-Rai (Monday, September 26, 2022)

Visiting the Kuwaiti Newspaper Al-Qabas (Sunday, September 25, 2022)

Visiting Kuwaiti Newspaper Al-Seyassah (Sunday, September 25, 2022)

Dr. Abdulhamid bin Mohammed Al-Sulaiman, the Secretary-General and Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Shaya, the Advisor for Digital and Technical Content Management, visited Al-Seyassah newspaper, and were received by Mr. Ahmed Abdulaziz Al-Jarallah, the editor-in-chief of the newspaper, to discuss the bilateral relations between the center and the newspaper and ways to strengthen and develop them.

Web Archive Course

The center held a training course titled: (Web Archive), on Wednesday, 18 Safar 1444 AH corresponding to 14 September 2022 AD, presented by Dr. Osama Lotfy (Technical Consultant, at King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Documentation Center), and it was attended by a number of the center’s staff and other employees of different institutions.

The Visit of Dr. Nizar bin Obaid Madani

HE the Secretary General of the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Biography Documentation Center and a number of its employees received His Excellency Dr. Nizar bin Obaid Madani, a member of the Board of Directors of the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Biography Documentation Center, during his visit to the center on Thursday, 12 Safar 1444 AH corresponding to 8 September 2022, and he toured the center, and learned about its operations and activities.

Open Data Course

The center held a training course titled: (Open Data), on Monday, 22 Shawwal 1443 AH corresponding to 23 May 2022 AD, presented by Eng. Firas Al-Kahlout (Computer Science Specialist\Senior Information Technology Specialist, at King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Biography Documentation Center), and it was attended by a number of the center’s staff and other employees of different institutions.

Signing a Memorandum of Understanding between the Center and Taibah University

HRH Princess Adelah bint Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Chairman of the Board of Directors of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Biography Documentation Center, visited the International Conference & Exhibition for Education (ICEE 2022) in Riyadh city, and was received by Dr. Abdulaziz Alsarani, the President of Taibah University, and they signed a Memorandum of Understanding to accomplish constructive cooperation between both sides, also Her Highness visited some of the participated parties.

Information Searching Skills Workshop

The King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Biography Documentation Center held a workshop titled “Information Searching Skills” on Tuesday, 19 Sha’ban 1443 AH corresponding to 22 March 2022 AD. It was presented by Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed AL Shaya (Supervisor of the Digital Content Department and Information Technology), and attended by the center’s staff and other employees from sister institutions.

The Visit of H.E. Sheikha Mai Bint Mohammed Al Khalifa

H.E. Sheikha Mai Bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, the President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, visited King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Biography Documentation Center, in Riyadh city on Monday, 25 Sha’ban 1443 corresponding to 28 March 2022, and toured the center, and learned about its operations and activities, in the presence of HRH Princess Adelah bint Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the center.

More
